◄Litigation Capital Management (LIT)► Quintis case lost in Australia. LIT invested A$13.2m. Can appeal. [SP=77.8 Cap=89m]
◄Videndum (VID)► guides FY-Dec in line. February 2025 covenant test has been waived. Talks on refinancing Revolving Credit Facility (expires Aug 2026) continue. Another £5m cost cuts in 2025 planned. Outlook - "The gradual improvement in our markets has continued." [SP=62 Cap=58m]
◄Tern (TERN)► £221k placing at 1.15p, a 10% discount, to keep the lights on. [SP=1.29 Cap=7m]
◄Zenova (ZED)► £250k placing at 0.25p, a 42% discount, to keep the lights on. Warrants at 0.5p. [SP=0.35 Cap=m]
◄Proteome Sciences (PRM)► wins $1m+ contract for mass spectrometry services. Expects a significant proportion should be completed in this FY and into 2026. [SP=4 Cap=12m]
◄Biome Technologies (BIOM)► the cash-strapped serial disappointer proposes delisting. Usual reasons.
